The founder began its work in IT field in 1982 working hard as a SW programmer and installer in industrial automation and nuclear control field (nuclear plants, universities, army, etc.).

After about ten years of experience in Italy and abroad, in 1993 he started to work alone.

SW & WORK was founded in 1996 by this people;

All born from the experience of this one in IT field and from his wish to give the right product, service and satisfaction to the customer for any of their needs (wish that he had for himself at the begin).

SW & WORK's focus was at the begin (and still is) on SW programming for automation field, instrument control and archive/decision products, but very soon was clear that this wasn't enough (especially to survey at the beginning) so we enlarge our action field (just taking care to specialize ourself in what we did and do) and now we cover:

Today SW & WORK core is based on a very close, enthusiastic, deeply trained group formed by people with very specific skills in each sector, this group can offer you the best for everything you need.
